    The hordarian was responsible for the 'hoard,' mainly the perishables such as bread, beer, meat, and fish used in the refectory. The accounts include receipts from rents of several manors and payments for the purchase of food stuffs and other material used by the priory. The account runs from Michaelmas to Michaelmas.

    This manuscript was formerly housed at Winchester Cathedral Library, shelfmark W53/13/9.
