    The office of the lord (judge) promoted against Walter Wheeley ⸢While⸣ for being present at a play in time of divine prayer in the evening. He was excommunicated. Afterwards, he appeared and after he was warned that hereafter not, etc.
    Likewise against John Sandes. As above. Today he appeared and confesses the charges, wherefore he has to do penance on the Sunday next according to the schedule, etc.
    Likewise against William Phelips. As above. He was excommunicated. He appeared and was warned as above.
    Likewise against Richard Hodgettes the younger. He appeared and has to do penance on the day on which (it was ordered) above. Afterwards he was warned, etc.
    Likewise against John Evans. He appeared as above, and was warned as above, etc.|
    Likewise against James Cowell. He appeared as above, and was warned, etc.

The first case was a promoted 'ex officio' proceeding, and the second and third, although otherwise unrelated to it, are said to be 'similiter' ('undertaken on the same basis').
